Our company name is Data iTool. We provide EDI and Shopping Cart integrations to various ERP/Accounting Systems. We have experience integrating the CRE Loaded Shopping Cart with our customer's ERP/Accounting Systems using the CRE Loaded Store Manager with makes the setup very easy.
We can integrate to most Accounting systems and have done many with such systems as QuickBooks, Peachtree, Great Plains, MAS90, Sage Pro, and Macola to name a few.
Business Challenges
1. Overall, the customers we have integrated, have been seeing an increase in their shopping cart orders and were finding the time to manually enter each order into their accounting system was growing out of hand and the accuracy of those entered orders was not as good as they would like. That lead them to contact us to provide an integration between their Shopping Cart and Accounting System, automating the process of order entry and greatly increasing the order accuracy.
2. One of our customers, had a unique issue which our Data iTool utility was able to easily resolve. They sell industrial gloves and will have the same "style" of glove available in different "sizes". In their accounting system, each style/size was setup as a different part #. In their CRE Loaded Shopping Cart, they had one part # setup for each style and used attributes for the various sizes. Therefore, their part#'s in CRE Loaded did not match the part#'s in their accounting system's order entry. This was a challenge to integrating their Shopping Cart Software with their Accounting System. Our Data iTool utility includes xRef tables which helped to resolve the issue.
Solution
In both scenarios outlined above, we implemented the Store Manager for CRE Loaded. It allowed us to setup an export of their daily shopping cart orders to a .csv file. Once those orders were exported, we were able to setup the import into their accounting system saving countless hours of manual order entry. In scenario #2, the Store Manager allowed for us to include the size "attribute" in our export which gave us the ability to xRef the Style/Size with the correct part# in their accounting system.
